One of the good ways to make money here in Vienna is to teach English.  If you are a Native English speaker then you are more likely to find work as a teacher. Don’t stop reading if you are not a Native English Speaker, other languages are taught here too! And if your English is good enough than teaching English may still be an option.

I worked in a Kindergarten for 3 years and now that I have left I always get invitations to join a Birthday party. Most of the parties are the usual at home events with the children in the garden. However 2 parties in particular have made an impression on me and both of them took place in Schoenbrunn. I have spent a lot of time at Schoenbrunn but except for walking through the park and going to the Zoo I had always avoided anything else due to the amount of tourists. So I didn't realise it had more to offer for children until these 2 parties."

The British council has moved! Once situated in the 1st district the Library and resource centre has now moved to a new location in the 7th district.  I went along to have a look and see what changes have taken place."
