Hi y’all,

I’m a ‘needlephobe’… so I never thought I’d be posting a recommendation for a medical lab where you can go to have a blood test done.

But I’m doing just that 😉 … I’ve been to the place below 6 times. They’re competent, they’re quick, the place is clean, and the people are friendly. Also, they are *human* (yes… who’d’a thought? 😉 — and if you feel faint, or feel you might pass out, you can lie down on a stretcher thingy and they will do it from there.

Best way to get there: take the 59A bus from opposite the Opera and get off at the 2nd stop (Schleifmühlgasse), cross the road and go LEFT once you get there. (Do not go into Blue Orange or Bobby’s — those are for later, when you’re allowed to buy vittles for breakfast or have your breakfast brought to you ;-).
