Does anyone know of a pistol/rifle range in Vienna which is open to the public? :texas:
Ideally, would be nice to be able to rent a handgun or rifle and shoot on a lane by the half-hour or hour without having to buy an annual membership.
Here is a map of all the ranges in Eastern Austria… https://maps.google.at/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=de&msa=0&msid=102537366525383178984.000457f1da12aad78a514&z=8 but I don’t think any of them rent pistols and many of them need membership. There is just not a gun culture here like back in the states where you can get your coffee, dry cleaning and do your shooting all in the same strip mall.
theres places in Slovakia and Czech though though Luv ?
Any recs ? I wanna get myself a day for my x mas present…..
Yeah all over. Those commies luv their guns as much as the yanks.

Thank you both for the links!
Chef you need to make a hybrid… a pub where you can shoot your own food on the premises.
Nice! There would surely be plenty of time to wash the lead off the hands, clean the gun, put it away, and then settle in with an aperitif or two while the fresh-kill dinner is being prepared.
