Does anyone know how long it takes the Finanzamt für Gebühren, Verkehrsteuern, und Glücksspiel to issue the Steuerunbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung, once the Erbschaftssteuerbescheid
has been paid? Or does one need to request the Steuerunbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung?

Also, if the Erbschaftssteuerbescheid has been calculated based on the wrong Steuerklasse, is it possible to file for a refund of the difference, once the Erbschaftssteuerbescheid has been paid?

Wow!! Sorry, I have no useful response but I do hope this condition improves soon. Sounds awfully painful!

I ask a friend and he said it is best to have an advocate and you should have one assigned from the court? Sounds Greek to me.

Have you tried the Vienna Expat center?
