Buying an item on ebay , from a seller outside EU ,
which costs ~50 euros , is obligated to pay custom?
And if yes , what amount?

I just had experience with this on a similar priced item. I was charged 20% customs on the item and 20% customs on the cost of the delivery. That was from New Zealand, I’m guessing it would be the same from any non EU country?

You have to tell the sender to mark it USED PERSONAL ITEM.
