i tried to google for this specific scenario but I coudnt find any info on this matter so her goes..

Ok I have the one year Aufenthalstitel permit and have been away already for 5 months out of the year my permit is valid for…unfortunately I have to urgently travel again (back to the States), so my obvious concern here is how this is going to affect my permit ? I understand there is a cap of 5 months out of the year that you can be outside the country but what happens if like me, I was initially back before the 5 months deadline was reached(just barley..i returned only a few days before the 5 months limit)but need to travel again within the same year ?
