I’m looking to open a small clothing shop in Vienna and don’t feel up to spending the retarded agent fee’s..
Yes I went up and down the various streets including the one you mention Neubaugasse..its like shooting in the dark, there is no sensible way to figure it out except to look through the glass window of “card-boarded” empty shops with no information and hope you find a telephone number somewhere…its going to require a lot of luck basically..and hope you run into the one local Viennese that is willing to rent…and finding an old geezer that’s not too paranoid about foreigners. One will really need to double-up on the “luck” factor.
