The staff members answer questions about competencies and services of the City Council and other local authorities, about federal facilities and everyday life, as well as enquiries about sites of cultural interest (for example museums or exhibitions).
Few days ago I needed some information on “life in Austria” – of official nature. So I searched and looked through “Virtual Vienna” after a long time. I realized how much useful information, on all sorts of topics and issues, national and international, private and social, official and casual, etc., are gathered in this site. How well it functions and how professional it is put together. Clean and Easy to navigate….
Silvia and your team deserve a hearty compliment and congrats for all the work you have put into making this site, maintaining it and making it so useful to so many of us. I congratulate you and wish you much success in all your endeavors.
