Take a look at http://nyx.at/bikeboard/radmarathon-termine ; here you’ll find both “big” races [next weekend there’s the Eddy Merckx near Salzburg], and small ones [last Friday there was a hillclimb to the Sophienalpe – too bad i had to work late]. You can filter them by distance to a given area code; i see that there are two of them coming up on the 29th in Niederösterreich. You’ll usually have to look for the “Jedermann” category, in case the event includes both “pro” and “amateur” races.
