Hi all,

I am facing charges for domestic assault. This is a false charge. My wife has filed a false statement stating that I assaulted her. We were having a rough time in our relationship. And we have decided to part ways and get a divorce.
We have a 4 year old son. And I want him with me. She will not let that happen. I think she has contacted a lawyer and they might have asked her to do this so that she can state that I am not capable of looking after my son.

But the charge is completely false and I have never hurt her physically. I feel awful at this moment. I am planning to visit a domestic assault lawyer in Toronto.
But how do I prove my innocence? Will I succeed here?
