Thanks for that tip Anagram. Havent heard of them but its no surprise that they dont do any marketing, seems to be quite normal here. We seem to do that for them 😀

I just called them because i wanted to know about another payment option, as I principally dont do direct debits, and this was the only option on the website. But just in case anyone else would prefer to pay per Zahlschein, this is possible, which is good. Very friendly lady on the phone as well.

definitely not impressed with this company. I was promised an email to confirm that they deliver to the 7th district, and am still waiting for that email since 1 October!

I am not really in the habit of calling up businesses begging for a service after already calling them once. They clearly state that they require 2 days to check on the delivery area on their website. I told them where i lived on the phone, and they said they need to check on the delivery area and it would take about 2 days.

Times are tough, and if you want to make a good business and show you stand out, then its not up to the potential customers to keep calling you, it should be the other way around. Sorry….but just not impressed with the lack of customer service on this one. I appreciate you have had good experiences but if there is no follow-up from a company then I would rather not use them.
