I am renting out my apartment from 22.July to the 31.August. It is located in the 20th district just 2 minutes from the baroque Augarten and close to the underground station U4 Friedensbrücke. The apartment is a classic old style Viennese one with high ceilings and wooden flooring and about 60 sqm in size. It has a large living room (25 sqm) with a sleeping area containing a double bed and shelfs for clothing. This area/niche (10 sqm) is separated by a curtain, so you still have a large living room with a big couch and a dining table available. There is also a separate kitchen with a table (16 sqm), a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine and a separate toilet. There is wireless internet available. The apartment is very well connected to public transport, lots of busses, trams and underground. Also lots of shops, cafes and a couple of bars are around the corner. And the Augarten is perfect for picnics, running or just hanging out in the green.
For the first 10 days of July the costs are 258€ and for the month August 800€. This includes the rent, internet, household insurance and all other costs of the apartment. Photos are available.
