    am new to wien and registered with local council as a resident at current address . Have received 3 page letter from CIS requesting it seems c.220 euro broadcasting charge ..Im registered for Net use but dont have a TV

    Is there a way to avoid paying this ?
    what happens if i just dont reply ?
